Orders and Shipping

Most items ship within 3 – 5 business days. Certain items such as the Travel Fobs or customized designs can take 7 – 10 businesses days to ship. 

You have the option to create an account during the checkout process. 

Log into your account, go to Account Settings, and then choose Addresses on the left. If you are already logged in, you can click this link.

We are currently working with a better way to track your order step-by-step. But for now, you can just send an email to with your question.

We do not store your credit card information at all on our server. So you will be required to enter it each time you place an order. 

We ship via USPS. If you are unsure as to whether or not we go to your website, visit to verify before ordering. 

Multiple items are consolidated to an individual package if we are able to. Otherwise you might receive two or more packages. 

Returns and Exchanges

We offer a hassle-free 30 day return on all non-custom items. Custom items include anything where we added personalization at your request.

This can include additional names, dates, wording changes, etc. 

We are sorry to see that! If you received the wrong item, reach out to us at and we’ll work with you to get you the right item!

If a package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and damage to any items and email us at

Contact us immediately at with the subject “Wrong Email Address.” Please be sure to include your correct address. 

Some items are available for back-orders. If the option is not available, the system won’t let you order it.
