Everything we sell on this site is a digital download. Because of this, no refunds are allowed. The only exception to this, is if for some reason, the design itself is defective. In this unlikely case, we will either correct the error in the design or provide a refund for the purchase price of the design. 

Refunds will not be provided because the purchaser does not know how to utilize their design software and/or their laser & printing software to make any required edits to the design to fit their needs or materials. This includes:

• Finger tabs
• Tapered sublimation designs
• Material thickness
• Out-of-date software
• Etc.

Most files include a material list of what was used to create the display image to help you guauge material. If you need help with a different material thickness, please let us know.
